Customised production

The manufacturing of shaped parts takes place in three stages. First of all, the beech peeled veneer is produced. For this, approx. 12000 beech trunks (age: 120 to 140 years) from the surrounding forests are processed per year. Then we press blanks from the veneers. For this, the veneers are either all laid in one direction (plywood) or crosswise (cross-plywood). Plywood is used for frames and cross-plywood is used for all surface areas, such as seats, backrests and shells. The blanks are processed using CNC-controlled machines so that they are ready for assembly. Upon request, we also offer the painting.
